by: TransferComing from someone at a school out of state that is going to transfer to UNC. Is it good to go from a chapter of DKE that doesn't even have a house to DKE here?

DKE is without question top tier, and many if not most would say they're number one. Their house is probably the second best on campus and in the best location at the corner or Cameron and Columbia. They frequently throw big parties. The brotherhood is made up of very rich, privileged and frequently sketchy kids from boarding schools and big city private schools. They often make the news for not-so-good reasons. Consider all this before affiliating.
