i'm just curious what are the differences between chi psi and pi kappa phi? they seem to be similar but what really sets them apart?

Chi Psi is more established and more above-radar. PKP closed a while ago and hans't been back for all that long. That's really it. They're definitely similar types of dudes (good academics, good campus involvement, not especially wild and crazy).

in terms of like parties, who is generally thought of as better or are they equal in that too? based on what i've read it seems like chi psi never has parties or something?

Pi Kapp has more parties but not necessarily quality wise. I know they both have beach/moat parties. Chi psi has a MUCH cooler house but that's about it
