rush as junior?

by: Current sophomore

I regret not rushing a sorority this year....and I'm a sophomore. Do I have any chance at all if I rushed as a junior next year?

Very slim chance. There is an upperclassman quota for every house, but they usually fill that with sophomores. Sophomores are more appealing because they have 3 years to be a member as opposed to two. But go ahead and try! Especially if you know a lot of girls in sororities that will stand up and fight for you. What have you got to lose other than the registration fee?

There's always spring rush! Not every house participates, but you can go to informal recruitment kickoff in January and meet some of the chapters there, and you might end up with a sisterhood!

I did fall and spring rush and it was so much more chill during the spring. Try it out!

Sorry girlie, but sororities straight up do not take juniors. You should try spring rush!
