Fall 24 fraternity rankings (with new pcs)

Beta, dke: top pcs, best parties/houses, beta backyard/dke basement iconic

Phi gam: southern, keeps to themselves, kinda weird guys but old money relations

Chi psi, phi delt, sigma chi, sigma nu: good relations, cool guys, fun parties, good PCs, similar crowds

Chi phi: fun tailgates, bad location, decent pc

Pikapp, PikA: decent parties, starts to fall off here

SAE, AEPI, ATO, KSig: slightly worse parties, kinda weird dudes, small houses
