Pi Phi Rankings

Why is Pi Phi ranked so low on everyone's rankings? When I rushed, the girls I talked with were super sweet and nice, and a lot of them were very pretty. They also had a pretty decent pledge class this year, by the looks of it. So yeah, why are they ranked so low?

tbh they have some fit girls in there and there is one girl that i’ve met that has a whole working out page. Also every chapter has there heavy weights girls
