Purely based on recent parties with small descriptions for each from a relatively unbiased geed woman.

Beta - high school party vibe, impossible to get drinks but biggest parties somehow, cool barn they don’t use enough
Chi Psi - very fun big parties like ldoc moat, but doesn’t throw as often as others
Dke - good basement parties, bad SA history (watch “the hunting ground”documentary it’s haunting)
Sig Nu - best darties and consistent late nights, typically best when most of bfc throwing so ranked highest
Sig Chi - reliable option for most types of events, some good late nights, others flop. Lots of drinks
Chi Phi - great tailgates and mixers but not much else, stable party environment, bad late night location
Phi Delt - inrefrequent partiers but lots of mixers and good events when they happen, bad location, snobby rich, better this year than previous since they were probated
PiKapp - big yard parties, satellite house parties, bad main house location
Pike - occasional good late nights, some parties with too few girls and too many dudes, more fun here if you are a little slower
AEPi - paint party, fun sometimes but barely threw last year, seems better this year
KSig - wine Wednesday and random big concerts but rare to see a good late night, bad last year decent this year
ATO - 50/50 fun vs flop late nights. Good headliner events like Halloween. Better in the past but declining.
Zete - decent late nights with lots of drinks but unbearably warm and sweaty main party room
SAE - very active but parties are usually not great, let’s anyone in, used to be much better but also slammed by SA scandals like dke (same documentary)
KA - decent late nights but infrequent and usually feels very strange
DU - decent small-mid sized parties but very infrequent and nothing special.
Lambda - strange, honestly never been but never heard of anyone going either so that says enough
DX - genuinely off putting vibe, you will be 1 of 10(max) girls in the party and probably not safe
Acacia - never heard of anyone ever going here unfortunately I’m pretty sure their house is like 2 miles away
