This is an official ranking of which top frats are most diverse. Most houses have literally ZERO members of color.

POC kids are a lot more common in mid-tiers, and especially in low tiers, all the random houses that no one cares about have plenty. Nobody wants to say it out loud but there is racial bias in the top houses.

We all need to work to make the greek community more inclusive and less cliquey and less oppressive/white-dominant.

Who's "we?" Are you including the Divine Nine in your diversity crusade? I've seen no issues with racial bias and believe self selection guides most Greek recruitment.
