Lower Top:
Chi Psi: moat, same circles as big 4
Sig Chi: best class of this rush, best bfc events, excellent at bowling

Upper Mid:
Snu: great rush, good mixers
Chi Phi: good class, best tailgates, sick house/basement, events with sig chi

Mid:
PiKapp: bad location but popular and great yard, large classes
Pike: degenerates but cool, mid parties
AePi: jersey shore mixer? nicest guys in greek life
SAE: decent house on bfc, throw often
KSig: quality class, great guys, best lfc house

Lower Mid:
ATO: downward spiral, half of their already bad PC will drop
Zete: jello shot rush event, brands pledges

Bottom:
Du: cool guys, unproblematic, just not there socially
Lambda, KA, DX, Acacia

The big 4 does not exist. Not sure where this notion comes from. Phi gam and phi delt should be below sig chi, chi psi, and SNu. Beta and DKE are reasonably ranked.

tbh, lower top and upper mid should really just be one grouping below the ‘big 4.’ That being said, this is really the sweet spot for the guys if you are looking for qualities that apply to the guys instead of their parents. The ‘big 4’ are more about where you come from and less about you as an individual.
