Panhel probably needs evidence and it’s too hard to get vids of other srat girls without being caught yourself

Former GX, it’s really hard to prove. Plus a lot of girls don’t want to turn the chapters in because they are holding out hope that even though they got dropped, they’ll somehow get a snap bid or cob.
