Fall 24' Frat Rush Rankings

DKE/Beta: both cults, insanely nice houses but throw their money around. Cool guys and you will have a great time. Beta has some weird pledging though

Phi Delt: Underrated, huge parties and cool guys. Wide range of out of state kids

Phi Gam: super southern, barbour jackets, parties are insane but not sure why anybody likes these guys, weird characters for sure. Greenville/Greensboro

Chi Psi/Sig Chi/Sig Nu: mostly cool guys and reliably good events, but half their PC's are weirdos. Also very difficulty pledging for all 3 of these. No connections needed for sig chi/snu, but your dad should probably be a CEO for chi psi

Chi Phi: questionable for sure

Pike/SAE/PIKAPP: very frat acting, parties are usually huge, sometimes a weird crowd at the parties though. No connections needed, lots of out of state kids

ATO/Ksig: Ato used to be higher, like 80% of their fall PC dropped last year. Snow central. Ksig has chill guys but nothing special

Would avoid anything else
