If I don’t have any connections to top frats like big four which frats that are not the big four worth rushing?

Anything mid/upper mid is fine. Sig chi, chi phi, snu, ato, pika, pikapp.

Other options- Decent parties: pikapp, kappa sig, or ato
Most others are cooked

realistically look at AEPI, SNU, PIKE, SAE, and PiKapp. Maybe ATO but hear they are done for. anywhere else is either not relevant or not achievable

Sig chi, SNu, Chi phi are generally going to be considered your best options given these criteria.
Pike, SAE, Pikapp have less prestige and sorority relations but parties are just as fun and guys are generally just as cool.
Would avoid anything else
