How hard is it to get a bid there? Who do they mix with and how are the parties generally

They're solidly mid tier, so bids aren't incredibly difficult but you have to be socially capable to an extent. Usually mix with AXO, ZTA, ADPI, and Phi Mu.

This is correct. Good fraternity, if not elite. They don't just pass out bids, you have to be somewhat cool. Parties are kind of mixed bag, lots of weird people attend. The fact that their house is located off the beaten path doesn't help with that.

Some weird people but also because the parties can get pretty big. Somewhat of a mix for sure, but they're usually a good time.
