Frat ranks Spring 24

Top: DKE, Phi Gam, Beta - Undisputed Top

Lower Top: Chi Psi, Phi Delt - Phi Delt is back will be top 4 again

Upper Mid: Sig Chi, Chi Phi, SNU - Same types of dudes different letters. Chi phi has the best rep here

Mid: Pi Kapp, Pika, ATO - Pi Kapp is solid here, ATO could be down their rep has slipped. pika is pika.

In between: AEPI, DU - These guys go either way depending on who you ask, less well known. AEPI seems to be moving up and DU just keeps to themselves.

Lower Mid: Ksig, Zete, SAE, Dsig - These frats have bad reps other than D sig they just need a house. SAE is doing better

Bottom - KA, Delta Chi, Lambda, Acacia - Strange characters here

This is wildly inaccurate and a chi phi self rank for sure. Chi phi and chi psi down. Time will tell with phi delt.

Chi phi maybe goes down but putting Chi Psi down with SNU and Sig chi is more wild.

If anything SNU down, no one wants to do anything with them and the only reason their parties fill up sometimes is because their house and yard are tiny

Pikapp and ATO sliding downhill fast should be lower. SAE severely misranked, parties have been fun this year. AEPi doing better, definitely true. Also Snu > Sigchi > Chiphi

Girls love Pikapp their guys are nice and smart and parties are fun also house is new and clean, Ato just has creep vibes and most people tend to avoid

Tbh I have never heard of a good Aepi or DU event, Sae/ Ksig should be higher as well, much stronger semesters and pc sizes than other frats near their ranks
