Why are the top sororities on top?

I don’t understand the system as in why tri delt, KD, and others are on the top tier??

Because they are historically on top. They are friends with the top frats and come from the same hometowns and the same family friend groups, They won't be not top anytime soon. They don't care about attractiveness or personalities, they just have the best connections and wealth.
