Tiers aren’t changing

I’m in a ‘mid’ tier house but as a senior I’ve been here long enough to know how this goes. This week everyone will be saying KD and Tri delt are mid but next week it’ll be back to the same ranks that it’s been for years. Really wish the changes would stick but I doubt it.
