What makes rankings?

So what actually goes into how a sorority or frat is ranked? Because if it’s off of attractiveness/wealth I don’t see much in the “top” houses.

This is basically all there is to it- if you want true friendships and aren’t just trying to party all the time, join a bottom or lower middle tier srat.
