Frat Tier List for Rushees (and Why)

NEWS BEFORE RANKS:
ACACIA - NEW CHAPTER THAT CHARTERED LAST YEAR. Just moved into the old ASig house this year. Wishing them good luck.
BUX (Beta Upsilon Chi) - Brothers Under Christ. Christian frat, dry frat. Guys are nice though.

RANKS:
DKE, Beta, PhiGam - Yeah yeah, top tier, we know.

PhiDelt - Used to be top but got in trouble and have been MIA until recently.


ChiPsi - “Top tier” but quiet about it…known for Moat. 

SigChi - Snowbunnies and Derby Days. Cool guys, good parties and darties.

SNU, ChiPhi - Mid-top and lowkey hard to get into without knowing a friend. Cool once you’re there.

PiKA, ATO, AEPi - Pretty easy to get into but parties are still fun. Cool guys as well.

DU - HOT TAKE. More of a house-party type of frat. The guys are funny and chill, and the darties with alumni are awesome.
KSig - Hit or miss…more miss than hit recently. Also were in trouble. Also Daddy’s Money.
PiKapp - Meh but could be way worse.


DSig - Decent parties. Kind of hard to get into unless you’re a business major or on the hockey team. And they don’t have a house.
LXA - Meh pt. 2. A lot of girls have said they feel weirded out there.
KA - Honestly just a bunch of farm guys. Low numbers but the guys will have your back if you need them. Quality over quantity.

Zete - Branding and brothers will do lines off of your laptop. That is not a joke.
DX - Not the typical “frat” stereotype which is why rushees don’t always like them. But they’re nice. Mostly just mind their own business.

Personally I think DU is underrated, all the guys i know seem cool but they are way under the radar. They need a good social chair to build some srat relations, their house is surrounded by srats

even though this list seems a little wack from what everyone typically says, at least there's an explanation and it's not copy-pasted from every other list

Other than Zete being so low and Aepi being really high this list is pretty solid. The descriptions are pretty accurate, including Zete. They just have a higher social perception. You could put them above or below DU, this list would be accurate. Have AEPi below Kap sig.

Zete guys are a little weird tbh. Like yeah Briggs is in zete but that’s about it for them
