Required Housing

I am planning on rushing a frat next semester and will be a sophomore. I am wondering which frat requires members to live in their house in the first semester? I heard people canceling their on campus contract after getting a bid to live in their frat house.

None of the popular frats here do that. New members don't live in the house their first year.
