parties at unc?
by: EAProspective rush student next year..I was just wondering how fun the frat parties are? How crazy do they get and which frat throws the best parties?

I am not in a fraternity, but I have friends in many. Frats who throw down are not necessarily the best, for example, big four is the four best, yet they rarely parties, so keep this in mind. People with huge parties are normally Sigma Chi, Sigma Nu, Pika, ATO, Chi Phi.

Hey if you're not a fraternity, don't give advice about this. You gave terrible, terrible advice. The only fraternity on your list that has good parties is chi phi.
Fraternities that have good parties (coincidentally top tier, who woulda thought?):
DKE/Phi Delt - really ratchet late nights are their specialities
Beta/Chi Phi - band parties are their specialty
Phi Gam - not having parties is their specialty
SAE - throw decent dance parties with some big name performers

Pika? Sigma Nu!? Those are comedic. Sigma Chi too. Chi Phi is good and ATO is OK, but otherwise this advice is terrible.

You're talking about bad advice, when you include Chi Phi and Phi Gam in a conversation about good parties? Chi Phi is on social probation all of next year, and will have an RA, whatever the hell that means. And Phi Gam NEVER has parties. Your other points are valid

just a side note, the ones above are based off of a good balance of parties and being a decent fraternity.
