Sophomore transfer

Chances of a sophomore transfer from oos that knows no one getting a bid from a srat. Also would it be most likely mid or low tier. It doesn’t matter to me just curious.

I'd say any of the sororities that aren't stereotypically "top tier" and don't try to claim themselves as top tier won't care that you're a sophomore/ transfer very much as long as you seem like you'll be a good fit for the sisterhood!
