Typical tiers are wrong and based on $ > personality

As someone who started off in South Campus and not in a sorority, but went out 3 days a week and met new people constantly, I got a pretty good picture of what rankings (in my opinion) should be. I was actually shocked when talking to my frat friends recently to hear what the "tiers" are and the way that they've stayed the same forever even though each new pc changes a srat.
These are the traditional tiers:
DDD/XO/KD
ADPI
ZTA
APHI
AXO/PHI MU
PI PHI
KKG

Based on the girls I met, the experiences I've had with each chapter, and other people I have spoken to (ie not considering money), this should be the rankings:
ADPI/ZTA
APHI
XO/AXO
PHI MU
DDD/KD
PI PHI
KKG

(in all fairness, I don't truly know enough about KDs or really even XOs to rank them well, but I take that as a negative sign... sororities are huge and I know damn well that girls in those srats go out. How is it possible for most non-greek students to have never met a single one?)
