i think pi phi and kappa might be the only ones? do top tier srats normally ever cob? also, does every house do spring rush… does anyone have insight into that?

Houses will do spring rush if they are not at quota at that time (could be due to not meeting quota in the fall, sisters graduating a semester early, or dropping out).
