When does rush actually start

For frats I know it’s been parties and informal stuff rn so when does rush actually start? Do people get cut pre rush?

Rush starts Monday the 23rd but it’s already started. People do get cut pre rush.

They simply stop hitting you up. If they’re nice, they’ll at least tell you but don’t count on it
