what exactly is going on with chi phi?

I've heard a lot of mixed rumors. What exactly did they get in trouble for? Are they going to be kicked off campus or just suspended?

the investigation is still ongoing and if they find evidence incriminating chi phi, then they might get kicked off but if they don't, they should be reinstated
