What’s up with this dude?

Every time I go out, I see this kid named Ethan Wolak who is apparently in phi delt. What’s up with this dude??????

he’s always either publicly skipping or doing some sort of elaborate dance and it’s just really uncomfortable. Some people say he was recently seen having a meal at Four Corners with Mike Lindell (CEO of mypillow) and he also apparently sniffs girls.

Thoughts on this?
