Frat Stereotypes

Saw this for sororities so wanted to make one for frats

Smart: Chi Psi, Pikapp, maybe Sig Chi and ATO to an extent
Preppy: DKE and Phi Delt & Phi Gam when they werent kicked off
Diverse: Pi lam, Sig Chi, ATO, Pikapp, Sig Nu to an extent
Southern: Beta when they werent kicked off, maybe Zete to an extent
Party Animals: Pika DKE and Sig Chi are first that come to mind, although every frat besides the small ones (think AEPi, DX, DU etc) party often

Hardest to get bid from from what I've seen:
DKE (and rest of "big 4" before they were kicked off)
Chi Psi (really selective and only take moreheads)
Sig Chi
Sig Nu/ATO/Pika imo they all cross rush the same people and compete for rushees around the same rate
Pikapp
Zete
Chi Phi - definitely rising but handing out a ton of bids just to get big classes to get on the radar again after being suspended for so long
Rest - idk how competitive the rest are, generally if you're a normal person it seems like you will get a bid from places like Kappa Sig/Pilam/SAE or whatever
