KD (these 3 tend to deal more with connections/legacy/money)/ADPI (recruit like ZTA but more selective, based on popularity and looks)

AXO/APHI (still a bit of a new chapter although done well in rush in recent years)

Honestly there’s no bottom. All the sororities are great in their own way and every one has both awesome members and duds.
