How the hell did PiKapp get Dave Franco to join?

He’s 35 years old and doesn’t even go to UNC, pretty sure that violates like 14 different IFC rules. Plus he’s married to Alison Brie (who’s an absolute dime) but I’ve seen him with some other girls at PiKapp parties. My question is, why the hell would you cheat on Alison Brie Dave? And how did PiKapp convince you to join?

He was Phi Psi at the University of southern california. A top fraternity chapter until it got shut down for hazing.
