top tier fraternity that’s going to buy the phi delt house. they mainly mix with tri delt and adpi

I knew a guy in here who was pretty cool. They’re a smaller brotherhood in a regular house (not a frat house) but they seemed to be tight knit and their parties were fun and on a smaller scale. Not exactly a presence on campus but cool and nice guys nonetheless
