Are Pilam and AePi actually low
by: General GrantAre Pilam and AePi actually same tier as DX or DU. Etc. or are Pilam/AePi more like Low Mid and the rest are bottom?

Pi Lam has a nice house in a good location and is typically considered to be on the lower tier side of UNC’s traditional fraternities. AEPi has a good location but never really heard from them while at UNC. DU doesn’t have much of a presence on campus but nice group of guys and a decent house, but poor location. DX is brand new and therefore the lowest of all (gotta start somewhere I guess).

Having a nice house/location doesn’t automatically make you relevant. Lot of factors at play. No hate but when was the last time you heard of AEPi doing anything (social, philanthropy, literally anything)
