srats rising/falling

I think tiers are pretty dumb and subjective but I feel like everyone can agree on which chapters are rising, falling, or just kinda staying the same as they have been. My take, based on recruitment and most recent PCs:

ADPi: rising
AXO: falling
A Phi: rising
Chi O: same as ever
DDD: same as ever
KD: falling
Kappa: rising
Phi Mu: same as ever
Pi Phi: rising
SSS: falling
ZTA: rising

xo is also falling, they’ve struggled the past few years and haven’t done as well during recruitment. Their blatant dirty rushing turned off a lot of girls this year.
