adpi isn't top, sorry. the same reasons people think it's top now are the same ones that have always been given. it is just beneath the top tier, but they still mix with some of the best frats. Their members have less $ than top sororities (DDD and XO) on average.
In order within levels:
DDD/XO
KD/ADPi
ZTA/APhi
AXO/PhiMu
PiPhi/KKG

The only srat i see patrolling this site attempting to convince people they’re top tier is kd, who was one of the most disliked srats during recruitment. That’s why they had to offer so many snap bids- AGAIN. How many years have they had to do this now?? Not the sort of thing a so-called top sorority should have to do.
