Which frats have the best parties ans consistently throw good ones? Ones outside of big 4 and sig chi

I’d say Sig Nu, Kappa Sig, and Pika have the best parties outside of those listed

How are the parties at zete, ato, chi psi, and chi phi?

Zete seldom throws down and when they do they're meh, ATO has decent parties, Chi Psi hasn't had a good party in years (partly due to probation) and don't even bother with Chi Phi.
