Frat Ranks Fall 2020 with Descriptions

Big 4 (Phi delt/DKE/Beta/Phi Gam) - obviously they're always top tier, phi delt is on probation but it doesn't matter because nobody can party anyways this semester
Sig Chi / Chi Psi - Chi Psi has better sorority relations but lame parties, known for having all the Moreheads. Sig Chi has gotten really good due to having parties all the time and now have some pretty good sorority relations. If both stay off probation they could maybe contend with big 4
Sig Nu / ATO - Both have good sorority relations but I would put signu higher because they throw more frequent parties and have a better location
Pika / Kappa Sig / Pikappp - Kappa sig has been rising but still doesnt havent the best mixers and some weird upperclassmen. They also only got 3 pledges this semester but hopefully theyll bounce back with a big class in the spring. Pika is pretty much always mid tier, they have a lot of parties and a good location but bad blood with every other fraternity. Pikapp has decent sorority relations but bad location and no parties
Zete / Chi Phi - Chi phi is trying to make a comeback and theyre looking good off of a long probation. Maybe in 2-3 years they'll move back to a upper-tier house. Zete has a ton of parties but sorority relations are going down especially now that they cant mix with Zeta
Pi lam / SAE / Aepi - Low tier fraternities that dont have any good mixers and generally dont get the best pledge classes. Maybe when SAE can come back in 2yrs they can become a decent fraternity again
