I heard a rumor...

I am sure we have all heard how the main value Alpha Phi nationals cares about is looks, but in order to rise through the ranks they dramatically lower their GPA standards and take girls who are morally casual and that is why they are spreading through the South so quickly. I heard that Delta Gamma used to do this as well.

It’s been pretty well documented that Alpha Phi nationals has an appearance-based recruitment policy. That doesn’t necessarily mean the local chapter members agree with it (or even know about it if they’re not on the rush team) - some Alpha Phi chapters at other schools have even written open letters to nationals asking them to make major changes to the rush policies.
