I think many will if they're smart...it was a very unusual year with low turn out.

yeah most sororities met their formal recruitment pc quota, but pc quota is different than campus total. since pc quota was lower than usual this year because of the numbers, there is still space in most chpaters to get up to campus total so i have heard of a lot of them COBing
