Everyone on here is too scared to admit that things have changed around here.

DDD/ADPi
XO
KD
ZTA/APhi
AXO/Phi Mu
Pi Phi/KKG
SSS

KD is really slipping and the only thing propping them up is their old reputation and the fact that some of the girls have money. XO is getting to be this way too. I’m not even sure they deserve to be considered top anymore.

AXO is also hanging on to their old rep, but they have slipped more and more every passing year. They used to be known as the fallback house that more laidback girls picked if they got cut from KD, but with KD slipping, AXO doesn’t really have a strong identity on campus either.

ADPi has gotten consistently great pledge classes over the last few years, yet some people still want to put them below XO and KD. Stop kidding yourselves.

Aphi and phi mu both had better recruitments than axo. Not sure what axo’s strategy was but they cut lots of amazing girls who ended up at top tier houses, it made no sense

Not at all what PNMs thought. Laughable that ADPi and their snap bids would be with DDD. APhi is trying SUPER hard on their “tier” while bilking new members to pay for their house, claiming there might be some sort of “refund” for social dues. Phi Mu and AXO not impressive. Pi Phi genuine.

If we were actually ranking based on sisterhood/ philanthropy/ genuineness and not what frats they mix with/ how much money their fam has, this would be way off.

No one really thinks the top 3 have changed.
ADPi always solid, but not there.
Consistently hearing Phi Mu struggled to fill a pledge class and ZTA also offering COB’s.
Middle tier encompasses many houses (AXO, APhi, Pi Phi, ZTA and Phi Mu) and that’s a strength to UNC Greek life.

Not true at all. Lots of people think kd has fallen to middle tier, you’re blind if you actually believe otherwise. xo really struggled this year, as did axo.
