Why even let chi o participate in rush? Especially if the disciplinary action will be taken after? Why punish new members for current members mistakes :/

I heard from a very reliable source that they’ve already received Their punishment and it’s just a fine so new members won’t be impacted.

Both of your sources are questionable and unreliable, at best. I call them into question. I am the only one who has knowledgeable sources on the subject regardless or at all. Kindly thanks but overall I’d say doubtable
