They don't have to disclose what their punishment is bc it would put them at a huge disadvantage in recruitment (even more than the reputational damage they already suffered from the Aug 4th incident). The university administration intends to make an example out of them (rightfully so, dirty rushing PNMs during a pandemic with no social distancing is low, even for a sorority that has a longstanding history of not following the rules because they think they're above them). Social probation combined with fines is what I'd expect.
