Disappointed with recruitment

I am really disappointed that so many of the fake, shallow and superficial girls are the ones getting asked back to the best houses while lots of genuine girls are getting dropped just because they didn’t go to a feeder high school or are OOS and dont have connections. Are all the top and middle tier houses just gonna fill this years small quota with these girls instead of picking truly awesome girls? I’m so discouraged right now and feel really unwanted.

i totally relate to you on this one. I was dropped by all my choices and was left with houses I really just do not vibe well with, i feel like we really didnt get a chance this year if we didnt have connections

I don’t understand why you would want to be associated with a group that is doing this? What makes them so “top tier”? What makes them so great? It makes no sense. Go with people who are genuine, inclusive, open minded and kind and interested in the real you.

It’s like that every year. No different this year. There are great girls in the houses that you think you don’t vibe with or considered lower tier. Give them a chance because you will find there are girls there that had the same experience with rush because of lack of connections.

exactly. i feel like it’s easy to think all the girls are “mean” or “fake” because it’s what someone told you but is that really true? maybe keep an open mind all around and stop thinking about tiers and you’ll find where you really love no matter whether it’s top mid or low bc that doesn’t rlly matter if u like the girls in the sorority.
