I don’t know but I think if they can attract girls that are outgoing and involved that really want to invest themselves in the chapter they have the ability to move up over time. I have some Tri sig friends and they are sweet girls, it’s just that they get a bad rap on GR. Nobody IRL cares about tanks or tiers so if you like the sisterhood at Tri sig, go for it!
