Sorority Sophomore Quota

Does this exist anymore? I know there used to be one but I heard it may have been taken out.

It was removed for fall 2018 I think, but it means that if you do decide to rush for the first time as an upperclassman, it can be more difficult because giving freshman bids is another year of $ for the sorority.
