This has been discussed on here before. Outside the first tier, I doubt it's an issue anywhere but maybe KA. Of course, your definition of "solid" matters for this.

In the first tier, it probably doesn't matter than much either, especially if you know someone going into rush. Phi Delt and SAE both have minority members, FWIW.

Not to mention Chi phi has an indian brother. The reason you don't see that many minorities in frats is because you dont really see many of them rushing in the first place. If youre cool you shouldn't have a problem
