Frat Ranks Fall 2020

These are objective rankings before we get sent home (thanks chi o)
Big 4 (Phi delt/DKE/Beta/Phi Gam) - obviously they're always top tier, phi delt is on probation but it doesn't matter because nobody can party anyways
Sig Chi / Chi Psi - Chi Psi has better sorority relations but lame parties, known for having all the Moreheads. Sig Chi has gotten really good due to having parties all the time and now have some pretty good sorority relations. If both stay off probation they could maybe contend with big 4
Sig Nu / ATO - Sig nu has a lot more parties and a better location but kinda bad sorority relations weirdly. ATO doesnt have as many parties but well respected and good srat relations.
Pika / Kappa Sig / Pikappp - Kappa sig has been rising but still doesnt havent the best mixers and some weird upperclassmen. Pika is pretty much always mid tier, they have a lot of parties and a good location. Pikapp has good sorority relations but bad location and no parties
Zete / Chi Phi - Chi phi is trying to make a comeback and theyre looking good off of a long probation. Maybe in 2-3 years they'll move back to a upper-tier house. Zete has a ton of parties but sorority relations are going down especially now that they cant mix with Zeta
Pi lam / SAE / Aepi - Low tier fraternities that dont have any good mixers and generally dont get the best pledge classes.

In what ways is Pikapp good? Their sorority relations are mid to upper mid at best, they have a horrid location, throw parties that are comparable to kickbacks I went to in HS, and bid quantity over quality. If anything they should be grateful they’re placed this high
