"Lets be real" below me is nuts. Sure Phi Gam doesn't do all that much anymore but saying they're 5th tier is humorous.

I'd honestly say its this:

1. DKE, Phi Delt, Beta
2. Phi Gam, SAE, Chi Phi
3. Kappa Sig, Sigma Chi, ATO
4. Sigma Nu, Chi Psi
5. Everyone else

phi gam is still big 4 and way better than chi phi and sae. sig chi has been falling fast. kappa sig has been getting a lot better. if they do well with rush in numbers and quality next year, theyll be on par with chi phi and sae i think. need to get out of little fraternity court tho.

is so stupid.. DKE, Beta, Phi Delt, Chi Phi, SAE, ATO, Kappa Sig, and Sigma Chi are all cool fraternities that girls will go to.. most (at least me and my friends) don't care about "top tier" if the guys are fun!

Honestly not sure if Phi Sig (an honors fraternity) or Pi Lam is better

Based on this year, as opposed to "historical" rankings.

1. DKE, Beta, Phi Delt

2. SAE, Chi Phi, Phi Gam (still in Big 4, but don't do anything. Can't be 1st Tier)

3. Kappa Sig (great brotherhood, just need a better house), Sigma Chi (2nd best in Frat Court, but also need to redo their house and the last few pledge classes have been mediocre. On their last thread), and Chi Psi (pulled in 2 solid pledge classes this year, next fall will be crucial to earn their standing here)

4. ATO (used to be third tier, but last few pledge classes have been horrible), Sigma Nu (nicest house in Frat Court, but act like Big 4 rejects), PiKA, Pi Kapp (not a huge house, still rebuilding, but their fall pledge class was surprisingly solid)

5. The rest.
