Chi Psi and Pi Kapp are both terrible. Sigma Nu is not respected by anyone in the Greek system, and Zete and PiKA are third tier

If you are talking about which fraternities do anything relevant, then your list is completely wrong. Phi gam and Kappa Sig barely party. None of the big 4 have philanthropy. I mean, chi psi, pi kapp, and ato are the final three for chapter of the year. If you're gonna talk about relevancy, talk about those three.

The dude below me is right, sig chi and kappa sig are not on the same level as chi phi. they literally can't even be held up to that standard at all.

Pretty much right, but you did forget Phi Gam. They might not do that much anymore but they definitely attract very attractive and, in your words, "relevant" girls to their house. There definitely are tiers on campus though, no matter which way you look at it. They can be disputed but they're still there

Does DKE, Sigma Chi, and Kappa Sig let in everyone to their parties? Never seen anyone get turned away there. Especially DKE, people just walk right in. Surprising and disappointing
