The school is using it as a chance to move rush to spring permanently. Mark my words
The premise of rush is social events and if you think a UNC run organization will allow social events to take place this fall at a large scale then u should not be at unc in the first place.

PDT rush is irrelevant because delta chi is taking over the game anyway. Who needs phi delt. Last time I checked, delta chi is better rated
