What happened to sig ep? Why did they lose their house?

Ever since the Kania DUI/Vehicular manslaughter Sig Eps nationals have owned their chapter house. Their nationals are now enforcing a hard alcohol ban in chapter houses and since nationals owns the house it was going to be hard for them to get around that undetected. Such a shame for a once promising fraternity.

Now they’ve got the Delta Chi weirdos taking it over. Really nice house/location that’s going to be ruined by a bunch of weirdos living in it
