There are so many mistakes here it’s not even funny

First off, chi psi should undoubtedly be on the same tier as sig chi and sig nu which are both worse fraternities imo. Next, literally no one thinks Kappa Sig or Zete are on the same level as SAE who only mixes with pi phi. Lastly, it was very cute of you to omit chi phi from this list even though they’re probably better than SAE as well...
