What happened to Pi Phi?

How did they go from being an upper mid sorority in the 1990s to almost being bottom tier today? They’ve had the biggest shift of any srat at UNC

That’s what happens when you get a couple weirdo PNMs one year, it snowballs and before you know it you are bottom tier

From what i've heard, they had a couple really weird pledge classes and girls that weren't very social and it brought them down... their fall pc this past year was full of really cool girls so they should be on the rise again
